The art is beautiful, the paneling is one of the most creative i've ever seen, the chars are cute and wholesome and the story has close-to-home excelent parallels with artists struggle, art block, style and etc! It also has serious stuff like the discussion about prohibition and morals on the use and acessibility of magic (technology subtext i'd say).
